Responsibilities

• Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and milestones for software deployments
• Work closely with clients to assess their needs and tailor product implementations accordingly
• Configure software systems based on client requirements and customize reward structures
• Provide comprehensive training and support to client teams during the implementation process
• Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, system setups, and client configurations

Qualifications

• Bachelor\u2019s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical implementation of software products
• Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration processes
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with member activation and engagement solutions
• Familiarity with change management processes in client-facing implementations
• Understanding of consumer-facing product user experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum participation
