Responsibilities
- Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and milestones for software deployments
- Work closely with clients to assess their needs and tailor product implementations accordingly
- Configure software systems based on client requirements and customize reward structures
- Provide comprehensive training and support to client teams during the implementation process
- Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, system setups, and client configurations
Qualifications
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical implementation of software products
- Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration processes
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with member activation and engagement solutions
- Familiarity with change management processes in client-facing implementations
- Understanding of consumer-facing product user experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum participation
