O candidato ideal terá pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em implementação de produtos SaaS, habilidades em gerenciamento de projetos e capacidade de comunicação efetiva com clientes. A posição oferece um contrato em tempo integral e é totalmente remota com um salário estimado entre R$8,000 e R$10,000.

Qualificações

About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support their Professional Services team, leading end-to-end deployments of a SaaS platform across municipal government clients. This role combines project leadership, client engagement, and product expertise—guiding customers through configuration, setup, data migration, and training to ensure successful system adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new customers, from kickoff through go-live, managing multiple concurrent implementations for small-to-mid-sized municipal clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements, workflows, and success metrics, translating them into system configurations.
• Configure and customize the SaaS platform based on client-specific use cases while maintaining best practices and scalability.
• Coordinate with Data Engineers on data imports and integrations, performing QA testing to validate functionality and data integrity prior to go-live.
• Deliver customer training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency across departments.
• Monitor project timelines, proactively managing scope, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Document configurations, implementation decisions, and knowledge base materials to support consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transition and ongoing client success post-launch.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to optimize future implementations.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of Professional Services or Implementation experience supporting Enterprise SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and data management principles.
• Working knowledge of data concepts such as file formats, field mapping, and data validation, with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience using tools such as Wrike, Hub Spot, Salesforce, Jira, or similar implementation and project tracking platforms.
• Proven experience working directly with clients and managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage client relationships professionally, set expectations, and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and business domains.
