What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in ophthalmology sales
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 7+ years, or 10+ years of successful experience in ophthalmology is acceptable
  • Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge is required
  • Proven success in larger, complex territories with multiple account types
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to ophthalmologists or retina specialists
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed teams
