What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Meet or exceed sales and territory objectives by executing strategic business plans in the nephrology market
  • Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify synergistic opportunities for customer engagement
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders and key decision-makers in nephrology
  • Communicate complex disease-state and therapeutic information effectively and with authority
  • Attend regional and national conferences to represent nephrology initiatives and build professional relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in nephrology
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant experience will be considered
  • Current experience within the territory and knowledge of customers is required
  • Proven track record in selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to Nephrologists is highly preferred
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license with the ability to travel locally up to 40%

  • Experience in managing larger, complex territories with various account types (private practice, academic, institutional)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed teams
