What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to the nephrology market to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify opportunities and optimize customer engagement
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in nephrology
  • Present clinical and product information clearly and effectively to customers and at conferences
  • Attend regional and national conferences to represent nephrology initiatives and build relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in nephrology
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience will be considered
  • Current knowledge of the territory and customer base is required
  • Proven experience selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to Nephrologists is highly preferred
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%
