What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to the nephrology market to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify opportunities and optimize customer engagement
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in nephrology
- Present clinical and product information clearly and effectively to customers and at conferences
- Attend regional and national conferences to represent nephrology initiatives and build relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in nephrology
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience will be considered
- Current knowledge of the territory and customer base is required
- Proven experience selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to Nephrologists is highly preferred
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%
