What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Meet or exceed established sales and territory objectives through strategic business plans in the nephrology market
  • Collaborate with portfolio representatives to optimize customer engagement and identify synergistic opportunities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders, physicians, and decision-makers in nephrology
  • Present effective and compliant sales presentations to customers and at conferences
  • Attend regional and national conferences to represent nephrology initiatives and build relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in nephrology
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience will be considered
  • Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge is required
  • Proven track record of selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to nephrologists is highly preferred
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%
