What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Attain sales objectives by presenting clinical and business information on immunology products to healthcare professionals
- Execute brand strategy and tactics within assigned customer segments, including specialty medical practices and hospitals
- Influence decision makers to support the use of the company's products in treating relevant diseases
- Execute local marketing strategies and collaborate with team members to enhance business results
- Build customer loyalty by cultivating relationships with key decision makers in healthcare provider systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary
- Must reside near the assigned geography or be willing to relocate
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience selling injectable/infused products
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or the gastroenterology field
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues
- Documented successful sales performance in high-incentive environments
- Completion of Management Development course(s)
