We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to lead and oversee all HR operations for our Brazil subsidiary.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's global objectives.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle to attract and retain top local talent.
Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws in all HR processes, including hiring, termination, payroll, working hours, and leave.
Manage employee relations, resolve labor disputes, and minimize legal risks.
Lead compliant termination processes, including negotiations, severance packages, and legal documentation.
Design and monitor performance evaluation systems and incentive programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Support headquarters in understanding and adapting to Brazilian labor regulations and workplace culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, external law firms, and recruitment partners.
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
2+ years of HR experience in Brazil.
Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and hands‑on experience in recruitment, payroll, termination, and arbitration.
Fluent in Portuguese, with working proficiency in English or Mandarin.
Excellent communication, cross‑cultural management, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in internet or technology companies is a strong plus.
