We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our HR and Operations team.

Role Overview

This role is crucial in building and scaling our HR functions across LATAM countries. The HR Manager will take a hands‑on approach to provide essential human resources support to our LATAM team members and clients. The position is vital for executing our people initiatives, delivering excellent internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives, being a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Support managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams.
  • Organize the company's various events.
  • Work as an integral part of the TurnKey HR and Operations team, contributing to the company's strategy and attending regular HR team and Company meetings.
  • Conduct regular 1‑on‑1 meetings with employees, identify and anticipate conflicts, resolve difficult situations, and maintain a positive atmosphere in the teams.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with employees to deliver best HR services and demonstrate a proactive approach to people issues.
  • Coordinate and administer day‑to‑day employee life cycle functions, including onboarding, off‑boarding, adaptation, and orientation programs.
  • Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service tailored to their needs, partner with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct and lead quarterly HR meetings, and serve as an HR advisor to support clients and their teams.
  • Develop and implement different HR initiatives for the LATAM region.
  • Organize client events (online or offline), workshops, team‑buildings, etc., and keep the HR Notion space up‑to‑date.
  • Co‑operate with the core team from different regions in a multicultural environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (plus).
  • Ideally 3 years of experience in human resources functions.
  • Experience in tech companies (plus).
  • Client‑facing experience.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google G‑Suite, Notion, and other applications.
  • Time management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility, adaptability to changing workload, and a good level of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously, be well‑organized, and have attention to detail and high accuracy.
