A leading automotive safety company located in Taubaté, Brazil, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and manage industrial relations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including significant expertise in union management and employee engagement strategies. Human Resources Manager
Act as a trusted business partner to Plant Management and advisor to HR Director on workforce planning, compensation cycles, labor cost forecasting, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, data management, HR metrics, contractors, and temporary workforce.
Lead industrial relations and union negotiations, including CBA processes.
Design and manage benefits in coordination with Compensation & Benefits teams across the Americas region.
Drive employee engagement, internal communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage performance issues, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
Collaborate with corporate functions (Communications, HSE, Compliance, Legal) to address HR needs.
Bachelor’s degree in law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or transformation industries.
5+ years in industrial relations and union management, including CBA negotiations.
Strong knowledge of HR disciplines: payroll, organizational and talent development, HR analytics, employee relations.
Experience in global organizations and matrix environments.
Fluent English required.
