Our TurnKey team is expanding rapidly and spans the globe. With over 300+ employees across Eastern Europe and Latin America (including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Uruguay, and Venezuela), we are dedicated to scaling remote software development teams for more than 40 U.S.‑based enterprises and startups, such as Ripple, Headspace, R1, Sertifi, YipitData, WorkRamp, and BellXcel.
We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our HR and Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives and being a trusted advisor.
- Provide expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Support managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams.
- Organise the company's various events.
- Report to the HR Lead and collaborate with other members of the organization.
- Work as an integral part of the TurnKey HR and Operations team, contributing to strategy and attending regular HR and company meetings.
- Conduct regular 1‑on‑1 meetings with employees, identify and anticipate conflicts, resolve difficult situations, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with employees across LATAM.
- Coordinate and administer day‑to‑day employee life‑cycle functions, including onboarding, off‑boarding, adaptation, and orientation programmes.
- Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service tailored to their needs.
- Partner with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct and lead quarterly HR meetings.
- Act as an HR advisor to support clients and their teams.
- Develop and implement different HR initiatives for the LATAM region.
- Organise client events (online or offline), workshops, team‑buildings, etc.
- Update existing presentations and maintain the HR Notion space.
- Collaborate with core team members from different regions in a multicultural environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or a related field (plus).
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources functions.
- Experience in tech companies (plus).
- Client‑facing experience.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google G‑Suite, Notion, and other applications.
- Time‑management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
