Role

In the role of HR Director for ADP Brazil Labs you will align talent strategies with the unique needs of tech roles and foster an environment where innovation, collaboration, and performance thrive.

You understand the importance of employer branding and will effectively highlight & foster the organization’s tech culture and career opportunities.

You will build thriving partnerships across the different HR functions & teams, delivering value‑added support to management and employees, enabling leaders and employees to become the best version of themselves.

You help grow your own team by supporting them to play to their strength.

Qualifications

• HR Leadership experience in a multinational matrixed environment supporting remote leadership.
• Experience within a Tech environment; understanding the specific needs of tech roles.
