What are Workplace (Employee Complaint) Investigations?
In the U.S., when an employee files a complaint about harassment, discrimination, or retaliation, the organization is legally obligated to investigate it. Some are handled internally, and others require an external investigator to ensure impartiality… that’s where CLS comes in! Assistants support the Investigator during the investigation process, including interviews with the employee who filed the complaint, relevant witnesses, and the accused, taking interview notes, and gathering the evidence. Then, we analyze all the testimonies and evidence and reach a factual finding of whether the alleged conduct happened and, if so, whether it violated any of the company’s policies.
We are hiring for either an HR & Investigation Assistant OR an HR & Investigation Specialist.

Compensation :
HUMAN RESOURCES & INVESTIGATION ASSISTANT (Position Open Now) : The total monthly compensation range is $4,200 BRL to $7,000 BRL. This includes benefits which are :
Starting monthly base compensation depends on the level and quality of your work experience relevant to the work CLS performs AND possession of both required and preferred qualifications. Every six months, you will receive a performance review and compensation increase of up to $700 BRL, depending on your performance, until it reaches the maximum compensation range for the position. Work as a CLS HR & Investigation Assistant for a minimum of 1 year with competent performance and become eligible for promotion to the Specialist position.
HUMAN RESOURCES & INVESTIGATION SPECIALIST (Position Open Now) : The total monthly compensation range is $7,000 BRL - $11,000 BRL.
The total compensation amount includes benefits which are :
Starting total monthly compensation will be between $7,000 BRL to $9,000 BRL depending on your work experience relevant to the work CLS performs, possession of both required and preferred qualifications and your performance on the assessments in the hiring process.
Every six months, you will receive a performance review and compensation increase of up to $700 BRL, depending on your performance, until it reaches the maximum compensation range for the position.

Join an enthusiastic team and make a real difference in this full-time role. Core hours of operation are 6 am - 4 pm PST / 7 am - 5 pm PDT, California / USA, Monday - Friday, and the potential for extended hours or weekend contributions for high-impact projects.

HUMAN RESOURCES & INVESTIGATION SUPERVISOR (Promotional only) : The total monthly compensation range is $9,800 BRL to $16,800 BRL (this includes benefits). You will receive a performance evaluation and compensation increase of up to $700 BRL every 6 months. The amount of your compensation increase depends on your performance and will continue to increase every 6-months until it reaches the maximum compensation range for the position.
HUMAN RESOURCES & INVESTIGATION MANAGER (Promotional only) : The total monthly compensation range is $16,800 BRL to $27,000 BRL (this includes benefits). You will receive a performance evaluation and compensation increase of up to $700 BRL every 6 months. The amount of your compensation increase depends on your performance and will continue to increase every 6 months until it reaches the maximum compensation range for the position.
