Overview
  • Fully responsible for HRBP operations at the Brazil branch, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and administrative support.
  • Align with company strategy to drive local talent recruitment and team building, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle daily HR matters, ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and related policies, and maintain employment legality.
  • Support the implementation and growth of business teams by providing professional HR solutions.
  • Oversee local office administrative affairs to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Serve as a bridge between headquarters and the Brazil team, facilitating bilingual communication (Chinese-Portuguese) and cultural integration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR work experience, with at least 3 years in comprehensive HR management in Brazil.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws, compensation & benefits policies, and the local talent market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues in a multicultural environment.
  • Diligent, driven, and strong execution capability.
