We are looking for a HR Systems Administrator focused on Digital Transformation. In this role, you will own, optimize, and integrate our HR and people systems to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience across the company.
You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to implement improvements, automate workflows, and ensure our tools support the company’s growth. This is a hands‑on role with ownership of the digital transformation of HR processes, not just routine administration.
This is a fully remote role, and the candidate must be able to manage their own taxes, workspace, and equipment.
Requirements
Experience with tools such as BambooHR, HiBob, Workday, Deel, Remote, Gusto, ADP, Personio, TimeDoctor, or similar platforms is highly valued.
