Support multiple internal customers (Business Unit and support areas) on all Human Relation issues to keep them up to date and support them in decision making.

Locally responsible for the processes of:

• Personal Administration (local role supported by HR Shared Service)
• Compensation and HR reports
• Labor law and Compliance.
• Qualifications
• Masters degree.
• Robust HR experience (as generalist will be a plus).
• Advanced English and excel.
• Experience with Personal Administration, Compensation and HR reports.
• High relevance on skills as communication, partnership, ownership, analytical.
