Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the HRIS and Learning Management System (LMS) administration as it relates to maintaining user permissions and security roles, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to HR team members and end-users on system related functionalities and best practices.
  • Conduct cyclic audits to ensure accuracy of employment and workforce data including maintaining organizational data.
  • Design and generate custom reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business decisions.
  • Maintain role‑based security and access controls, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies, and support with audit requests on an as needed basis.
  • Support with configuration, testing, integration, and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and/or new HR technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to ensure system alignment and data consistency across HR platforms.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HR systems efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or another related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • LMS technical experience is not required but highly desired.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
