  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.

🚀 Our client, a global tech company with operations across multiple continents, is looking for an experienced and hands‑on HR Manager to lead their human resources function in Brazil.

You will be the go‑to person for all HR matters in the country and play a strategic role in shaping a healthy, compliant, and inclusive work environment. This is a unique opportunity to build, lead and scale HR operations on the ground while working closely with global teams.

About your functions and responsibilities
  • Be the sole HR representative in Brazil , with a roadmap to build and lead a local HR team.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations , ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor law and global HR standards.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle : onboarding, performance, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and keep HR systems up to date.
  • Collaborate with finance and vendors to set up and guide payroll processes .
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters and internal investigations.
  • Analyze HR metrics, create reports, and propose improvements based on data insights.
  • Support compensation analysis and provide well-structured business cases.
  • Act as a key HR partner to Operations and other departments, ensuring strong internal communication.
✅ What do you need to succeed?
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English , both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience building and implementing HR strategies and local procedures.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workindependently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus.
