A global beauty and cosmetics company is seeking an HR Generalist to actively participate in the creation of the new Barcelona Hub. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, ensure effective onboarding, and manage various HR activities. This full-time position offers a 1-year contract, competitive remuneration, and flexibility to work from home up to 50%.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team for recruitment.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new hires.
  • Monitor international relocation processes.
  • Propose and coordinate training programs.
  • Attend exit interviews when required.
  • Ensure database information excellence.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data.

This position offers a great opportunity to participate actively in the creation of new Barcelona Hub while contributing to the overall success of Coty. As a HR Generalist, you will work closely with our HRBP in the Hub to support various HR activities related with this new project. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment. Your focus will be on supporting the fundamentals of HR: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR services, etc.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Onboarding: Ensuring that the onboarding process is carried out correctly and on time. Provide onboarding sessions to the new hires.
  • International Mobility: Monitor relocation processes in collaboration with our partners.
  • Training: Propose, coordinate and implement training programs. Managing Fundae grants.
  • Offboarding: attending exit interviews, when required.
  • Admin: ensuring excellence on database information. Giving support on ticketing.
  • Generate reports, analyze HR data as needed.
Requirements
  • A university degree in some related areas (Business, Psychology, Law, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience in HR
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (this is our working language).
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Success factors knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactivity and commitment to deliver results.
  • Flexibility. Enjoys working in rapidly changing environments and lack of stability.
  • Strong in communication skills and teamwork.
