The Challenge

As HR Business Partner you will have the opportunity to work with all DSM's Latin America factories, supporting Operation teams and leaders in a unique change management moment, contribute for the business and generate high regional professional exposition.

The Position
  • Create business value by partnering with management to develop an HR Year Plan which contributes to the realization of the business year plan of the client group;
  • Develop initiatives to enhance high performance and an inclusive and collaborative culture of the internal organization from an HR perspective;
  • Be part of the management in the execution of strategic workforce planning, taking into consideration items like macro and market developments, business plans, formation, location, cost, productivity and capability levels of staff;
  • Facilitate, support and advice on the execution of strategic HR processes and policies that have a line management responsibility;
  • Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's performance and growth as organization.
The Ideal
  • Strong proven track record in human resources area as generalist management professional;
  • Knowledge in health and nutrition, agribusiness or chemical segments;
  • Support for Operation areas such as quality, production, manufacturing and others;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Fluency in English and advanced Spanish;
  • High travel schedule availability - 3 days per week in Mairinque / SP and 2 in São Paulo.
