A global science-based company is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Latin America factories. This role involves developing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a collaborative culture, and executing strategic HR processes. Candidates should have a solid background in human resources, knowledge in sectors such as health and nutrition, and possess fluency in English and advanced Spanish. A high travel schedule is expected between Mairinque and São Paulo.
