As a Junior HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of human resource initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, prepare orientation materials, and assist in training sessions; ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases, assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, support the management of HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Assist in tracking employee performance data and feedback.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making, prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, and other HR metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Medium / Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.
