The ideal candidate will facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes and help implement training and development programs. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, along with strong communication skills.
This exciting opportunity exists in Fraser Alexander Belo Horizonte to provide support in the different areas related to Human Resources in FA Brazil, such asstaffing, recruiting, training, and organizational development, among others.
Provide support toend-to-end recruitment processesfor FA Brazil (Staff and Project employees).
Conductinternal client meetingsfor each process (kick-off,short list, conclusion meetings, etc.).
Recruit and createshort lists of candidatesfor each process.
Coordinatecandidate interviews.
Helping in the coordination of allonboardingactivities.?
Preparationofnew employees' communications.
Facilitate and support theimplementation of training, development, and related initiatives.
Support and collaborate in rolling out aculture of excellence, where people feel engaged and inspired to deliver strong business results.
Assistwithcoordination, communications, and activitiesrelated to Organizational Development (OD).
Analyze data and statisticsfor trends and patterns, focusing on recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
