OPPO in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a skilled import/export customs specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Brazil's general trade. You will manage documentation, classifications, and compliance to ensure smooth shipments.

Fluent English is mandatory; an MBA is a plus. The role requires coordination with brokers, forwarders, suppliers, and customs authorities; you will optimize IT tools to streamline daily processes and improve efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Customs Affairs, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in import/export customs business of Brazil general trade.
• Fluent/advanced English is mandatory.
• Proficient in Brazil customs practices, including import/export customs clearance, commodity classification, and familiarity with taxation, import/export control, preferential policies, and origin management.

Responsabilidades

• Handle import/export customs clearance in Brazil, including documentation, classification, inspection, and audits.
• Coordinate with broker, Freight Forwarder, Suppliers, and Customs.
• Support finance/PMC/SCM for related customs affairs.
• Sort daily import/export processes and propose IT tool optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Import/export customs clearance affairs in Brazil company, such as documentation, customs classification, customs inspection and audit cooperates, import license application, etc.
• Coordination with broker, Freight Forwarder, Suppliers and Customs.
• Prompt support supplier for the fiance/PMC/SCM department to the demand of related customs affairs.
• Daily import/export business process sorting, put forward the optimization needs of IT tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Customs Affairs, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in import/export customs business of Brazil general trade.
• Proficient in Brazil customs practices, including import/export customs clearance, commodity classification, and familiarity with other customs skills such as taxation, import/export control, preferential policies, and origin management.
• Fluent/advanced English is mandatory.
