A Support Specialist plays a vital role in the IT department, ensuring seamless operations across the globe.
Their primary responsibility is to manage and customize Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Defender, EntraID, Teams Phone, and Exchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and customize Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Defender, EntraID, Teams Phone, Exchange).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with direct contact to internal business partners.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external support providers to ensure efficient solutions.
- Support service delivery projects, ensuring smooth transition to regular operations.
Nice to Have
- Hybrid user/group management, client setup via Intune, software packaging.
- Security configuration with Defender.
- Hybrid Exchange & Teams Phone management.
- Basic understanding of Azure deployment and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with enterprise IP-PBX systems and email signature tools.
- Knowledge of core IT infrastructure: VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, ICMP, etc.
Requirements and Differentials
- Degree or certification in Computer Science or related field, with relevant experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, especially Intune, Defender, EntraID, Exchange, and Teams Phone.
- Fluent English (mandatory); German or Spanish is a plus.
