Sobre a vaga

This role coordinates initiatives with geographies in Latin America to identify employee needs and trends, develop products, services and solutions and support the implementation of revenue-generating actions.

Atividades diárias
  • Support the team in the design and implementation of insured and non-insured benefits that offer choices to the employees, helping clients improve the perceived value that employees have of such programs.
  • Work with Broking teams in-country to develop an array of solutions that address the needs of the different populations within workforces.
  • Partner with Commercial Risk, Wealth and digital distribution teams to present the most comprehensive set of products and services that protect and enrich the lives of our clients' employees.
  • Coordinate external messaging and communication efforts through a variety of media, supporting new sales efforts and engagement initiatives.
  • Together, we will develop and regularly update a constant stream of interactive communications with employees that build on their current relationship with Aon.
  • This enhances their service experience and promotes new business opportunities (cross-selling, up-selling).
  • Define ways to expand net promoter scores (NPS) and other client satisfaction surveys to the employee level, improving the value of Aon's brand with the end user and supporting retention levels with employer clients.
  • Develop and maintain key internal collaborator relationships across the organization, including key LATAM partners.
  • Maintain an understanding of shifting industry dynamics and developments, including knowledge about data privacy regulations and consumer market trends.
  • Coach and educate others and provide thought leadership in support of the evolving industry.
  • Support consultants in client and prospective client presentations.
Qualificações necessárias

Strong background on B2B2C relationships and understanding the employer-employee dynamics is key.

  • Authority on marketing and communication to individual consumers, including social media and other alternative channels.
  • Eye for business that supports the ability to prioritize what is most impactful for Aon and its clients.
  • Financial experience to develop and support business cases related to new projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage / coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to build and work across inclusive and diverse teams and to connect with individuals across countries and sub-regions.
  • Educated to university degree level, preferably in areas related to communications and marketing.
