What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the US Anterior Segment Sales team by casting a vision of success and strategic direction
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the US OPT Business Unit's priorities
- Identify business opportunities to drive growth and optimize sales organization performance
- Ensure the Anterior Segment sales team is technically competent and prepared for product discussions
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports on operational effectiveness and progress towards targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA is desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial sales experience
- 3-5 years of direct experience in Anterior Segment Sales
- Proven ability to teach, model, and coach high-performance sales behavior
- Strong relationship-building and conflict management skills
