Responsibilities
  • Cast a vision of success and strategic direction for the US Anterior Segment Sales team
  • Define the Anterior Segment customer(s) and develop business plans to achieve prioritized objectives
  • Identify business opportunities for growth and optimize sales organization effectiveness
  • Provide oversight for all Anterior Segment sales activities in the US and develop trusting relationships with regional directors and their teams
  • Translate commercial strategy into sales targets and ensure team competency with Anterior products
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is desirable
  • Minimum of 5+ years of commercial sales experience
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Anterior Segment Sales
  • Proven ability to teach, model, and coach high-performance sales techniques
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence outcomes
