Qualificações

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the LATAM Service Supply Chain organization responsible for SIOP, Warehouse Operations, Tooling & Repair and co-responsibility for Service Procurement and Service Transport & Customs.
  • Develop the team towards formulating a clear strategy for each area and secure short-, mid- and long‑term goals via thorough tactical planning.
  • Follow up on business performance, orchestrate relevant projects and initiatives, and conduct regular reviews with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all Supply Chain functions in the Region work towards safety and quality as top priorities and continuously improve the business and our way of working.
  • Secure that all cost‑out opportunities are identified and utilized in the business unit.
  • Ensure internal business transparency and consolidate relevant data and inputs for global strategies and goals.
Guide the team with a Vestas holistic view
  • Direct and supervise relationships with interfacing departments and secure a positive collaboration amongst the different functions.
  • Promote the LATAM Service region as key member of the Service leadership team.

Qualifications
  • Academic degree in business administration, economics, engineering or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years of leadership experience in an established organization.
  • Good, proven project and program management skills.
  • In‑depth understanding and experience working with the Vestas (or other OEM) Value Chain will definitely benefit you in this position.
  • Experience from a similar industry and for example from large scale construction projects.
  • Fluent in English, and either Portuguese or Spanish.

  • Ability to effectively coordinate direct reports who also have direct reports (leader of leaders).

The location of the position is in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Alternatively a placement in Mexico, Santiago de Chile and Buenos Aires are possible.
