Overview

Sophie Society is looking for a Senior TikTok Shop Strategist to take the lead in launching and scaling TikTok Shop programs for our eCommerce clients—primarily Amazon‑native and DTC brands. This is a creator‑led, commerce‑driven role. You’ll be responsible for building affiliate pipelines, managing influencer collaborations, and turning TikTok Shop into a high‑performing sales channel for the brands you support. If you know how to find the right creators, set up smart affiliate strategies, and drive revenue through hands‑on execution, you’re the kind of person we’re looking for.



Responsibilities


  • Own the TikTok Shop strategy for a portfolio of fast‑growing eCommerce brands

  • Build and manage affiliate programs using TikTok’s native tools and partner platforms

  • Identify, recruit, and coordinate with creators and influencers to promote client products

  • Lead product seeding, campaign activation, and performance tracking across multiple accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align TikTok Shop activity with Amazon and broader eCommerce launches

  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and evolving TikTok trends

  • Occasionally support or advise on paid campaigns (if relevant), but the core of this role is TikTok Shop



What we’re looking for


  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop campaigns and driving measurable sales results

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, creator outreach, and the TikTok ecosystem

  • Hands‑on experience working directly with creators and managing ongoing collaboration

  • Experience with eCommerce brands, especially Amazon‑native or DTC businesses

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—you know how to run a program end‑to‑end

  • Self‑starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment

  • Flexibility to take occasional calls during US working hours



Compensation & Growth


  • Base salary: $4,000–$6,000/month depending on experience

  • Uncapped commission: Performance‑based bonuses tied to portfolio results

  • Fast‑tracked growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding agency division
