The Head of Strategy guides strategy and planning across the agency’s current client roster while helping shape how the agency thinks, briefs, and shows up in the market. This role sets clear strategic standards for client work, works across creative and delivery teams, supports business development through strong strategic thinking, and contributes meaningfully to agency thought leadership.

Location: Los Angeles, CA or US Remote
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $150,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as skills, experience, education, internal equity, and geographic location, where applicable and permitted by law.
This position is eligible for company‑provided benefits, which may include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement‑related benefits, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
