Overview of the Role

The Head of SMB Accounts will lead the strategic management of a $35–40M revenue portfolio spanning approximately 100–140 accounts and 300 active team members. This critical role focuses on driving client retention, identifying high-potential accounts, and developing scalable engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of Account Managers.
  • Owning the overall health and performance of the SMB portfolio, ensuring high retention, client satisfaction, and margin protection.
  • Identifying accounts with growth potential and developing tailored engagement strategies to unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Designing, improving, and institutionalizing playbooks and operating models for SMB account management.
  • Building a deep understanding of client organizations, technology roadmaps, and long‑term needs to position the company as a strategic partner.
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring rapid resolution and internal accountability.
Requirements
  • Account Management: 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery
  • Industry Experience: 7+ years in the tech/outsourcing sector
  • Leadership: Experience managing a team
  • Travel: Availability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Location: US Visa or EU Passport
  • Language: Advanced level of English
