What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Achieve strategic sales goals and oversee ophthalmic revenues and profitability across the Americas
- Develop and implement the regional go-to-market strategy in alignment with global sales objectives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and develop new business strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)
- University degree in a technical, business management, or product-related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales management or marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a people management role
- Strong understanding of matrix sales organizations and ability to influence change
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be fluent in business English and possess high intercultural acumen
