• Launched a new credit product and scaled it.
• Managed large-scale credit portfolio with P&L and policy ownership.
• Experience managing multiple credit products simultaneously.
• Strong technical fluency across underwriting, modeling, and data science.
• First-principles thinker who can challenge conventional credit assumptions.
• Proven ability to operate in high-growth environments with strategic ambiguity.
• Strong track record of attracting and developing top talent.

The role:

• Own credit strategy, policy, portfolio performance, and credit P&L
• Identify opportunities to sustainably scale the existing credit business
