This senior position will lead Research for Keller Executive Search in São Paulo, Brazil, shaping strategy, building scalable processes, and partnering across the firm to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the Research vision, roadmap, and annual operating plan aligned to business goals.
- Build and lead a high‑performing Research team; set clear objectives and coach managers.
- Own Research KPIs and reporting; drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Establish scalable policies, processes, and tooling for Research across regions.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and risk within the Research portfolio.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Definir uma estratégia plurianual e desdobrá‑la em planos trimestrais com métricas claras.
- Liderar equipes com foco em coaching, segurança psicológica e alta performance.
- Criar rotinas operacionais orientadas por dados, painéis e ciclos de melhoria contínua.
- Gerir orçamentos e fornecedores; negociar contratos equilibrando valor, risco e agilidade.
- Desenhar processos em conformidade com a legislação local e políticas internas.
- Atuar em parceria com as áreas correlatas para executar prioridades.
- Representar a função para a alta liderança com relatórios objetivos.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Research with 4+ years leading managers.
- Proven track record building programs at regional or global scale.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience in professional services or recruitment industry is an advantage.
