What will you do:

Deploy and manage an Area with own resources, as well as coordinate similar areas of partner companies, with convergent objective of developing long-term relationships with an assigned set of strategic customers, securing sustainable business development, market share and brand´s expansion in region´s CE fleets. Focus on:

  • Implementing a systematic program to secure Industry Segment and Accounts Portfolio development strategies;
  • Driving business development with strategic customers, coordinating internal resources to ensure client needs are met, unlocking their potential to drive increased loyalty and inherent revenues;
  • Leading regional distributors to exploit business opportunities with designed strategic customers (Regional, National and Global) with active operations in their specific territories;
  • Developing and sustaining business opportunities connected to the company´s assets and related services, through Equipment as a Service, Remarketing and Rental processes;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global Strategic Accounts, Supply chain, Customer Support, Dealer Development, Finance and Manufacturing, to ensure alignment and support of business objectives; Ensure the alignment of local teams with global forums of Strategic Accounts Management, Engineering, Parts & Logistic (COEs) and Asset Management.
Who are you?
  • Relevant experience in Sales and Customer Support fields, including leadership roles;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or related fields;
  • Desirable Postgraduate degree in related areas;
  • Experience in the Construction Equipment industry;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish;
  • Strong business acumen and Customer-focused mindset;
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment;
  • Proactive and positive mindset.
