Head of Hub Brazil AZ Technology (m / f / d)

Head of Hub Brazil AZ Technology is responsible for managing the Hub’s comprehensive service portfolio across Allianz Technology functions including Infrastructure & Information Security, Business Application services, CTO’s as well as other global services of Allianz Technology. The role will be reporting to the Regional Head of Infrastructure US & Iberolatam.

About the Job

The Head of Hub Brazil AZ Technology is responsible for managing the Hub’s comprehensive service portfolio across Allianz Technology functions including Infrastructure & Information Security, Business Application services, CTO’s as well as other global services of Allianz Technology. The role will be reporting to the Regional Head of Infrastructure US & Iberolatam.

This role is pivotal in designing and executing strategies to maximize profitable growth, enhance customer (NPS) and employee (AES) satisfaction, and identify entrepreneurial opportunities like new business segments, technologies, and new service offerings. It is also key in implementing strategic projects as part of the Allianz Technology Strategy.

What you do

• Drive service delivery and hold full accountability for P&L, operations, and HR value chain management.
• Set strategic direction and own the hub’s development regarding skills, service capabilities and future service portfolio from Brazil for Allianz Technology globally.
• Represent the hub in legal, tax, and regulatory matters, including facility & logistics management, legal & assurance, and audits.
• Lead and deliver service delivery globally in a common, standardized way in line with a future-proof, global operating model for Allianz Technology pillars and in particular for IF&IS.
• Provide key technical skills and capacity for all pillars, driving business development through new business models and customer propositions for existing and new services.
• Monitor Hub deliverables and team performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met, while mitigating risks and resolving escalations effectively.
• Demonstrate experience in driving digital transformation, automation, and business growth through innovation and technology implementation.
• Steer organizational decisions to ensure high-performing and highly engaged teams as well as exercise responsibilities as direct line manager to the hub organization while respective employees report functionally into the Allianz Technology global functions.

What you bring

• 15+ years of relevant experience in multinational organizations, ideally leading complex Tech programs with transformation objectives.
• Solid understanding of shared services and transfer pricing operating models.
• Effective stakeholder management across functions and countries as well as transparent and fact-based collaboration with diplomacy and tact.
• Experience operating in a commercial IT Account Delivery position.
• Strong exposure to program management office functions, process standardization, tools, and governance.
• Results-oriented leadership with experience managing multicultural teams through direct and influence management.
• Basic knowledge of AI technology, principles, and their practical use.
• Fluent in English and hold relevant educational qualifications.
