As an international school leader, you will be located in a school in Brazil, which means you will not have remote work options.

Your primary role will be to lead with vision and integrity, fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school culture where learning thrives. Your key responsibilities include developing people, safeguarding students, driving teaching quality, strategic planning, community engagement, and commercial performance.

Parents and students recognize the school for academic excellence, and teachers' professional learning and development thrive under your leadership.

You will report directly to our Regional Managing Director. The ideal candidate must have strategic planning, educational leadership, and safeguarding skills, as well as emotional intelligence, stakeholder engagement, team development, and performance management skills.

They must also have a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and share our principles of safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
