What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of AI Specialists and Business Value Consultants
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the employer's AI roadmap
- Drive internal alignment across technical and business teams to support customer success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CxO-level stakeholders regarding AI transformation
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure alignment with specialist sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 7+ years of experience in direct sales, business development, or alliances in software, cloud, or SaaS markets
- Proven success selling to C-level executives and navigating complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience developing and executing detailed go-to-market plans for emerging technologies
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling partner ecosystems
