Jobtailor is seeking a recent electrical engineering graduate to join our hardware certification team in Blumenau. You will help prepare and track technical documentation for global product certifications and work with engineering, test labs, and cert bodies on EMC, safety, RF, and environmental compliance.

You'll review schematics, assist with NPI and prototype bring-up, support Linux-based hardware testing, and maintain certification records.

Qualificações

• Recent graduate in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Internships, labs or projects with hardware development exposure.
• Strong interest in hardware product development, certification, and compliance.
• Ability to read datasheets, test reports and certification standards.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Basic electronics knowledge and lab skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support product certification activities across global markets.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, test labs, certification bodies, and manufacturing partners on EMC, safety, RF, and environmental compliance.
• Review schematics for networking, embedded computing, and interfaces under senior guidance.
• Assist with NPI, prototype bring-up, validation, and engineering changes.
• Support hardware debugging and Linux-based product testing, including board-level checks and log collection.
• Maintain certification files, test reports, declarations, BOMs and compliance records.
• Identify design, documentation, or compliance gaps early in development.
• Support sustaining engineering for existing hardware platforms.

• Support product certification activities for ZPE Systems hardware products across global markets, including preparation, tracking, and organization of technical documentation
• Work with internal engineering teams, test laboratories, certification bodies, and manufacturing partners on EMC, safety, RF, telecom, and environmental compliance activities
• Review schematics for networking, serial communication, embedded computing, and peripheral interfaces under senior hardware engineers’ guidance
• Assist with NPI activities, prototype bring-up, validation, issue tracking, manufacturing support, documentation, SOPs, and engineering change implementation
• Support hardware debugging and validation of Linux-based products, including board-level testing, peripheral verification, log collection, and coordination with software/firmware teams
• Maintain certification files, test reports, declarations, BOM-related documentation, technical construction files, and compliance records
• Help identify design, documentation, or compliance gaps early in the development cycle
• Support sustaining engineering activities for existing ZPE Systems hardware platforms

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Entry-level candidate with hands-on exposure through internships, undergraduate research, academic projects, lab work, or product development activities
• Strong interest in hardware product development, certification, compliance, embedded systems, and Linux-based networking products
• Ability to work carefully with documentation, test reports, schematics, BOMs, datasheets, and certification requirements
• Advanced English reading and writing skills, especially for technical documentation, datasheets, standards, and certification reports
• Basic to intermediate understanding of electronics, schematics, components, circuits, power supplies, digital interfaces, and board-level design
• Familiarity with Altium, EasyEDA, KiCad, or similar schematic review/development tools
• Basic knowledge of UART, I2C, SPI, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, GPIO, and serial communication standards
• Basic Linux knowledge, including command-line usage, logs, device enumeration, networking commands, and embedded hardware interaction
• Exposure to embedded systems, networking devices, or computer hardware platforms
• Ability to read datasheets, application notes, test reports, and technical standards
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain tracking files, checklists, reports, and certification records
• Experience with Excel or similar tools for certifications, BOM information, test status, and issue lists
• Basic lab skills with multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, or network/serial test equipment
