Team Overview

The GRC Systems team provides the technology foundation that supports long-running, human-driven Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. The team delivers authoritative data and scalable tools that enable partners across Audit, Risk, and Compliance to reason effectively, make informed decisions, and answer complex compliance questions.

We focus on deeply understanding user workflows and eliminating manual effort by stitching fragmented experiences into seamless, end-to-end journeys.

Role Overview

As a GRC Systems Administrator, you will serve as the primary service owner for AuditBoard and Archer Evolv (Compliance.AI). This role bridges business process and technical configuration, ensuring GRC platforms are not only stable and reliable, but continuously evolving to meet organizational complexity and growth.

You will operate in a Build and Run model—leading new configurations and enhancements while also owning day-to-day system administration, user access, and vendor management. You will work closely with Audit, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable low-code/no-code solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Administration & Configuration
  • Own the daily administration of AuditBoard and Archer Evolv, including configuration of modules, workflows, fields, layouts, notifications, and automation.
  • Ensure system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance across platforms.
  • Manage complex role-based access control (RBAC), user permissions, and access governance to ensure appropriate data visibility.
  • Stakeholder Partnership
  • Engage regularly with internal users across Audit, Risk, and Compliance to gather feedback and identify friction points.
  • Translate ambiguous or evolving business requirements into clear, actionable system configurations and improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Vendor & Service Ownership
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for GRC platform vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, support tickets, escalations, and service delivery commitments.
  • Advocate for platform enhancements and roadmap priorities aligned with business needs.
  • Project Delivery
  • Plan and manage multiple concurrent configuration initiatives, including new module rollouts, regulatory standards onboarding, and process enhancements.
  • Drive projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering and design through testing, deployment, and user enablement.
  • Documentation & Enablement
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for system configurations and administrative processes.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and release notes to support adoption of new features and workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in systems administration or SaaS platform administration
  • Deep hands-on experience with AuditBoard or comparable GRC SaaS platforms
  • Experience administering Archer Evolv (Compliance.AI) or similar Regulatory Change Management solutions
  • Strong proficiency in low-code/no-code configuration within enterprise SaaS tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate loosely defined business problems into concrete technical solutions
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including support escalations and feature advocacy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with REST API concepts and SaaS integrations (e.g., integrations with Jira, Slack, or identity providers)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AuditBoard Certified Administrator or similar)
  • Experience working in agile environments with two-week sprint cycles
  • Background in high-growth or fast-scaling organizations where processes are still being defined
