This role bridges business process and technical configuration, ensuring GRC platforms are not only stable and reliable, but continuously evolving to meet organizational complexity and growth.
You will operate in a Build and Run model—leading new configurations and enhancements while also owning day-to-day system administration, user access, and vendor management. You will work closely with Audit, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable low-code/no-code solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

- Own the daily administration of AuditBoard and Archer Evolv, including configuration of modules, workflows, fields, layouts, notifications, and automation.
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance across platforms.
- Manage complex role-based access control (RBAC), user permissions, and access governance to ensure appropriate data visibility.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Engage regularly with internal users across Audit, Risk, and Compliance to gather feedback and identify friction points.
- Translate ambiguous or evolving business requirements into clear, actionable system configurations and improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on platform capabilities and best practices.

- Advocate for platform enhancements and roadmap priorities aligned with business needs.
- Project Delivery
- Plan and manage multiple concurrent configuration initiatives, including new module rollouts, regulatory standards onboarding, and process enhancements.
- Drive projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering and design through testing, deployment, and user enablement.
- Documentation & Enablement
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for system configurations and administrative processes.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and release notes to support adoption of new features and workflows.
