What you will do (responsabilities)

• Lead a factory department autonomously and strategically (production, maintenance, quality, safety, and productivity)
• Contribute to the launch of high-quality products
• Implement and ensure the effectiveness of Lean Manufacturing systems
• Promote a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Solve complex problems with autonomy and initiative, involving different areas of the organization
• Interact closely with manufacturing engineering, product engineering, and other company areas, ensuring the manufacturing

• Location: Gravataí/RS

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering will be a diferential)
• English advanced (mandatory)
• Previous experience in Manufacturing area
• Previous Formal Leadership Experience (mandatory)
• Availability to work at Gravataí plant
