What will you do
You will lead the creation and upkeep of our enablement asset library, turning technical and commercial information into compelling visual stories focused on pain → solution → proof → ROI. You’ll collaborate with Sales, PMM, and Customer Marketing to deliver high-quality, reusable templates and ensure all sales collateral is always sharp, current, and on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Design and update master templates for pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposals.
- Design and optimize ads and creative campaigns for social media and paid media platforms focused on lead acquisition.
- Produce tailored collateral for key verticals/segments and high-value opportunities.
- Create brochures, product sheets, pricing/packaging visuals, and objection-handling materials.
- Develop clear visual narratives using strong hierarchy, effective data, and proof points (ROI/TCO).
- Maintain a centralized, versioned asset library with clear naming and review cycles.
- Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across digital and print assets; support events with high-quality materials.
- Adapt and repurpose assets for landing pages, campaigns, and nurturing flows, iterating based on performance and sales feedback.
- Analyze CRM data to understand the sales cycle, track asset usage, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate closely with Sales to understand customer needs, objections, and opportunities, translating insights into effective creative solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years designing sales/marketing materials for B2B (SaaS or industrial a plus).
- Portfolio with decks, one-pagers, case studies, and data visuals focused on clarity and persuasion.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to analyze the sales funnel and inform creative decisions.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Availability for on-site work in São Paulo/SP.
- Skilled in Figma, Google Slides/Presentations and Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); strong layout, typography, and info organization.
- Able to simplify complex topics and deliver quickly with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
