DOO Studio is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team!
Reporting to DOO Studio’s Content Adaptation Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating engaging multi‑platform content tailored to each brand, including digital banners, e‑mail marketing, web, social media and print. Collaborating with a dynamic team of project leads and in‑house creative talents, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance internal creative services, ensuring agility and efficiency within our growing department.
Your primary objective will be to craft graphics and content that consistently delivers an exceptional user experience for our customers, while adhering to best practices for each distribution channel.

Design and produce captivating marketing graphics that inspire customers across various channels, including social media ads, web banners, and e‑mail marketing.
Conceptualise project briefs into impactful creative content (both static and motion) for campaigns and ongoing initiatives, aimed at engaging diverse audiences for our brands: Ski‑doo, Sea‑Doo, and Can‑Am.
Collaborate closely with other creatives (copywriter, translator) in the creative process to design on‑brand graphics that complement the written content effectively.
Work efficiently in collaboration with project leads and internal clients through the revision process and project deliverables.
Have an interest and knowledge of AI‑Adobe integrated solutions by utilising these tools to assist and accelerate content creation, ideation, and retouching practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease, efficiency and deadline‑consciousness.
Organise with the naming convention and archival of content produced for easy access and efficient shareability amongst the team, following our established processes.
Bilingual (English & French), proficiency in a third language is a plus.
College Diploma or University Degree in Graphic Design.
Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is highly valued.
Experience with content automation practices in Adobe Photoshop or Figma is a plus.
3‑5 years of experience in a digital graphic design position in agency or corporate environments.
Autonomous and capable of working independently with minimal oversight, while demonstrating strong time management skills to meet deadlines and effectively multitask in the creative process.
A proactive self‑starter with a passion for design and a solid understanding of digital marketing, along with the ability to recognise the impact of content at each stage (including e‑mail marketing, web, social media, etc.).
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and branding, with proven ability to consistently adapt and respect various Visual Brand identities.
A will to learn by keeping up with trends and designing tools to contribute to teams continuous expertise and initiate new best practices.
Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and tight deadlines while managing various project intakes.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work alongside other creatives (copywriting/translation) and build a strong relationship and trust with Content Project Leads and internal clients.
Strong attention to detail, aiming to deliver quality content at all stages of a project, with an open mind to receive feedback and quickly adapt designs accordingly.
