Qualificações

You should have amazing design instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative direction into clean, conversion-focused email layouts, fast.

What You Will Do:

• Design email campaigns across 4-8 core accounts
• Build out design systems and reusable components that speed up production without making everything feel templated
• Translate campaign ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
• Collaborate with copywriters and project managers to align visuals with messaging, goals, and performance
• Move fast without cutting corners
• Push creative boundaries where appropriate, but know when clean and clear wins
• Balance multiple accounts and timelines, communicating clearly when priorities shift

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of digital design work that shows great taste, creativity, brand adaptability, clean execution
• Ability to move quickly and manage your own workflow across multiple accounts
• Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
• Clear communicator - able to take feedback, push back when needed, and explain design decisions
• Bonus: experience working in eCommerce or email previously
