You will manage prepress workflows, design structured layouts, and partner with UX and Editorial teams to translate print content into interactive digital experiences while maintaining top-tier visual consistency. Responsibilities include adapting content for diverse clients, maintaining scalable visual systems, and ensuring quality across all production

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Editorial Design, Graphic Production, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Hands-on experience in editorial design, structured layouts, and prepress file preparation.
• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal).
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and collaborative in multidisciplinary teams.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to adapt, prep, and evolve our educational products across print and digital. You'll manage prepress workflows, design structured layouts, and partner with UX and Editorial teams to transition print content into interactive digital experiences while maintaining top-tier visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collection Adaptation: Customize and adapt existing educational content for diverse clients, regions, and specific pedagogical needs.
• Layout & Systems Design: Develop organized editorial layouts, maintain dynamic master templates, build graphic element libraries, and enforce scalable visual systems.
• Prepress & Graphic Production: Review and prepare print-ready files, managing technical specifications including colors, formats, bleeds, and material optimization.
• Print-to-Digital Migration: Partner with UX and development teams to translate legacy print materials into seamless, engaging digital learning experiences.
• Quality Assurance: Execute strict visual and technical quality control across every phase of the design and production lifecycle.
• File & Workflow Management: Maintain structured file organization, archiving, and technical documentation while identifying opportunities to streamline design-to-production workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Editorial Design, Graphic Production, or a related field.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Domain Experience: Hands-on experience in editorial design, structured layout composition, and prepress file preparation.
• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
• Professional Attributes: Highly organized, detail-driven, and skilled at working collaboratively in multidisciplinary and multicultural team environments.
