1GLOBAL is seeking a backend software developer in São Paulo to design and implement high-impact features in Golang, emphasizing resilience, scalability, and secure data handling.

Work in an Agile environment, deliver high-quality code with extensive test coverage, and collaborate across product and infrastructure teams. Fluency in English and an autonomous mindset are essential for success at 1GLOBAL.

Formación

• 2+ years of software development experience, primarily with Golang.
• Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, both implementing and consuming.
• Familiarity with cloud services and scalable infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

About the Team

You will be part of an international team, leading the development of 1GLOBAL's entitlement server platform. We are looking for a developer to join the team, working collaboratively to design and implement new services, maintain existing components, and test our applications.

We run a multi-site platform, following strict security requirements, provide the service to customers around the world and manage millions of subscriber profiles. We embrace a highly collaborative and diverse environment, value teamwork, autonomy and hold ourselves accountable for our deliverables and customer success.

About the Role

• Develop high-impact features and contribute to the architecture design, focusing on resilience, scalability, security, and fault tolerance;

Requirements

About You

• 2+ years of experience in software development (primarily with Golang);
• Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing (test-driven development is a plus);
• Proficiency with REST APIs, both in implementing and consuming interfaces;
• Familiarity with relational databases, CI/CD workflows, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with development tools and processes;
• Understanding of cloud services and scalable infrastructure;
• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with an autonomous and motivated mindset
