The GoHigh Level Specialist is responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing the entire backend technology and automation infrastructure for OutfitMD. This role serves as the internal technical authority for CRM systems, workflows, automations, integrations, and platform performance.
This position ensures OutfitMD has full internal control, visibility, and scalability of its systems. The role is highly technical, execution-focused, and critical to the company’s ability to scale efficiently. By maintaining strong internal ownership of platform logic and automation, this role enables seamless operations across Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Marketing ensuring systems evolve alongside the business and can reliably support increased volume, complexity, and long-term expansion.
The GoHighLevel Specialist ensures our marketing and sales systems run efficiently and produce measurable results. This role is responsible for setting up and optimizing automations, funnels, and CRM workflows so every lead is properly captured, followed up with, and moved through the sales process without manual effort.
