Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Transparency Reporting Analyst for the Americas. You will work within Health Care Compliance to support disclosures, governance, and data management across regions. Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

  • Support transparency reporting across business units to ensure accurate disclosures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare, validate, and submit disclosures per regional/local requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting methodologies, control frameworks, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor emerging regulations and industry codes affecting disclosures.
  • Identify and implement process, system, and reporting improvements.

Job Description:

As a Global Transparency Reporting Analyst - Americas you will:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global Transparency Reporting (GTR) – Americas Analyst. The GTR Analyst is a core member of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Risk Management Solutions, Compliance Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Transparency Reporting - NA.

The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have:
Transparency Reporting & Compliance Operations
  • · Support transparency reporting activities across assigned business units and systems to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures.
  • · Partner with stakeholders to support the preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of transparency disclosures in accordance with applicable regional and/or local requirements.
  • · Support governance processes through the development and maintenance of reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans.
Regulatory Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement
  • · Monitor and assess emerging transparency regulations, industry codes, and disclosure requirements.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • · Support the identification, design, and implementation of process, system, and reporting enhancements to improve transparency reporting effectiveness and efficiency.
Digital Solutions, Automation & Technology Enablement
  • · Embrace opportunities to partner with technology teams and leverage automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and successful adoption of reporting capabilities.
  • · Lead testing, change management, and deployment activities to ensure quality, consistency, and successful adoption of reporting capabilities.
Knowledge Management & Capability Building
  • · Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance process documentation, reporting methodologies, work instructions, and knowledge repositories to support sustainable and compliant reporting operations.

Other duties as assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity. The ideal candidate will have proven technical skills, a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Required:
  • · Bachelor’s degree
  • · Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • · Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset.
  • · Demonstrated experience with database and reporting tools.
  • · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced MS Excel skills preferred.
  • · Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Spanish, and Portuguese).
Preferred:
  • · Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • · Experience in transparency disclosures (e.g., EFPIA, MedTech Europe, CMS Open Payments Reporting/State Reporting or other local requirements).
  • · Experience designing and/or implementing new systems and tools.
  • · Experience using analytics, visualization, and automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar technologies.
