Global Trade Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our global support team as a Regulatory Research Analyst.

This fully remote role focuses on researching and tracking international trade regulations, primarily across LATAM and North America, and contributing valuable insights that help keep SAP GTS systems up-to-date for clients worldwide.

Monitor and maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.

Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, etc.).

Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation with high accuracy and clarity. Prepare comparative analyses of regulatory changes when required. Evaluate research and documentation against ISO process standards. The analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for new legal and regulatory changes and collaborate closely with Business Analysts and ERP / GTS specialists.

Client interaction is minimal; the role is primarily research-oriented.
