What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the employer's global partner portal
  • Serve as the global owner for Market Development Funds (MDF) processes, ensuring compliance and timely fund utilization
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations and Salesforce (SFDC) teams to maintain data integrity and process efficiency
  • Provide first-line support for global partners, addressing inquiries about programs and processes
  • Document key processes and best practices to enhance consistency across the partner ecosystem
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, or revenue operations, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and partner management systems or PRM tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with PRM or portal platforms (e.g., Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Allbound)
  • Familiarity with partner incentives, deal registration, and enablement programs
  • A genuine interest in simplifying complexity and helping partners succeed
